CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS ONCE I'VE PLACED AN ORDER?Updated 5 days ago
We are sorry to hear the address on your order is incorrect or the address is missing information. To deliver our BEAUTY PIE members their pink boxes as quickly as possible, orders are processed as soon as they are received in our warehouse, as such we cannot update/change addresses or cancel orders.
If your order has already been dispatched, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to update your address. Please be advised, this is not always guaranteed and if the parcel is undeliverable, it will be returned to us. For us to be able to re-send the order to you, you will need to contact us to arrange redelivery, as we do not receive notifications from the delivery service.
If the tracking is stating your parcel was delivered, please be sure to check with all relevant neighbours, anyone else at your property, with a reception desk, in any usual safe places and around the property.
In the case that your order is delivered to an incorrect address or to a location/place where you have not been able to retrieve this, then please complete the relevant 'Denial of Receipt' Form so that we can investigate this further.
Once the relevant checks have been made, should you still be unable to locate your parcel, please complete and return the attached 'Non-receipt of Goods' form.
