If you have a promo code that isn't working, please double check our promotional terms and conditions page HERE to check whether the code is being applied correctly and/or that you're eligible to redeem the code.

Some things to double check if your code isn't working:

Does the promotion you are trying to apply have a basket threshold? Does your basket subtotal (before shipping) reach this threshold?

Have you already redeemed this promotion? As most of our promotions have a limit of one use per customer (this applies to automatic and code based promotions).

Have you redeemed any other promotions or codes on your current order? As most promotions cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.

Is the promotion you are trying to redeem for your member base? As some promotions are intended for members while other are for nonmembers who are joining.

Is the promotion still valid?
