CAN I UPGRADE MY MEMBERSHIP FROM MONTHLY TO ANNUAL WITHIN THE APP?

Currently, you cannot upgrade your membership within the app. To upgrade, please visit our website and sign in to your Beauty Pie account. Then, go to the 'Membership & Billing' section of your account where you can upgrade your membership.

HOW CAN I RENEW MY MEMBERSHIP THROUGH THE APP?

Currently, you cannot renew an expired membership within the app. To renew an expired membership, please visit our website and sign in to your Beauty Pie account. Then, go to the 'Membership & Billing' section of your account where you can renew.

WHERE CAN I CHECK MY MEMBERSHIP STATUS?

You can view your current membership details by going to the "Me" section in the app, which is the right-most tab at the bottom of the screen.

CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP THROUGH THE APP?

Once logged in, head to the 'Me' icon in the bottom right corner. Click 'Settings' towards the top. Head to the 'Membership Management' section and select CANCEL. There, you will be presented with your membership end date.
