We are sorry to hear it appears you are being charged for a membership before your annual renewal. This could be for a few reasons. One could be you are not logged in, so you are shopping as a non-member. Double check you are logged in by clicking the small person icon at the top of the screen. If it says 'Login' or clicking on it takes you to the login screen, you were not logged in.
If you are logged in and a membership is still being added to your cart, it could be because your membership has expired and failed to renew. You can double check your membership status by going to the 'Profile' section and hitting 'Membership & Billing'. There you can see if the status of your account is 'Active' or 'Inactive'.
